We often do not publish Notes at the Margin after the US Labor Day weekend. The author and its editor take time off during what is usually a quiet week in all markets. This year is a little different. Thus, we are circulating a short report today titled “Uncertain Conditions.” As we explain, there are many reasons to fret about possible trends in oil markets over the next few months.
