G1 and the New Third Rail of US Politics (January 27, 2025)

The post-World War II era of global economic cooperation under the G7 and G20 ended on January 20, 2025, with Donald Trump’s inauguration as president. The G1 era has begun.[i]

The tech oligarchs will be rewarded handsomely under the US G1 program. Nations attempting to break the market dominance of Meta, X, Amazon, or the AI companies will be punished harshly. Foreign firms that want to profit from the expanding US economy instead of stagnating at home must move billions in investment here. Denmark will sell Greenland to the United States.[ii] In short, the oligarchs will be feted, and opponents of the Trump administration will be hounded into submission.

The US government’s transformation from pursuing world cooperation to promoting the G1 and worship of tech oligarchs requires that voters be sated with low gasoline and energy prices. Gasoline prices have become the “third rail” of US politics. Every effort will be made to bring them down. Today’s oligarchs do not include the captains of energy. Individuals and companies that produce oil and gas, along with those who manufacture goods, have a new role as pawns in the program to make America great again. The bishops, knights, and rooks are all from the technology sector.
